Behavior Analysis Center for Autism – BACA

The Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) is currently seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our BACA Hart location in Goshen, IN.
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus! 

BACA was founded in 2009 under the direction of Dr. Carl Sundberg. Services are based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, more specifically B.F. Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior. BACA provides high quality intensive behavioral services in 1:1 and small group settings to clients, ages 2-22.

Responsibilities

  • Caseload of approximately 12 clients
  • Participates in all consultations
  • Author assessment updates and re-authorization plans
  • Develops specific teaching procedures for the targets
  • Consults with clients and provides continuous program direction and maintenance
  • Directs implementation of insurance goals and data collection system
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians
  • Train behavior technicians per Dr. Carl Sundberg’s direction
  • Analyzes data/behavior and makes data based decisions
  • Guides ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
  • Ensures program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Leads client’s parent meetings
  • Co-consult and/or train Parent Training Coordinator
  • Actively participate in weekly clinical meetings
  • Conducts weekly team meetings

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or higher required
  • BCBA required
  • State Licensure required 
  • Successful in training and leading a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with staff and families
  • Superior oral and written communication skill
  • Some assessment and report writing experience
