Office Assistant (FT)

BACA is current seeking an Office Assistant to join the administrative team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and organized. This is a collaborative team environment with opportunity for growth within the organization!

• Location: Zionsville Learning Center (6704 Central Blvd. Zionsville, IN 46077)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 
• Pay starting at $17/hr 

• Greet families, visitors, applicants and staff and ensure guests sign in upon arrival.
• Answer multiple phone lines; route calls to appropriate parties; take messages.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception, lobby and other work stations.
• Ensure that clinic rooms and materials are tidy and clean.
• Perform various administrative/clinical duties to ensure proper operation of office/clinic.
• Additional responsibilities as requested by Clinical Director, Staff Support Manager, or other staff

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, clients, job applicants and other visitors maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office: word, outlook, excel, and other computer programs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to client information.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stress and when dealing with challenging situations.
• Ability to ask the appropriate professional for guidance dealing with challenging situations (e.g. Human Resources, Intake, Billing, etc.).
